How do I become a member?

To sign up and become a member one must fill in the required details such as Name, Email address, Company’s name, Registered address, MSME number, PAN Card details, Registered mobile number, and other such details as required by InConnectors. Once the details provided have been verified through a phone and email verification procedure, one can begin using the InConnectors platform by signing in with their credentials.

What payment methods do you accept to pay the membership fees?

Membership fees can be paid through Paytm, Debit Card, Visa Card and UPI.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your plan's renewal at any time in the "Subscription" section of your account. Once you have cancelled, you'll still have access to your paid plan until the end of your monthly period.

Can I get a refund?

We are confident that you will find our platform the easiest, fastest and most cost effective solution to start your go-to-market journey. If you try it out and for ANY reason, do not wish to continue trying, any unused meeting credits will be refunded to you.

How long does it take to process the refund?

The refund will be processed within 15 working days.
